Ice Phoenix inhabit much colder climates than their more well-known counterparts.

Upon reaching old age, they make a final homage to the place of their birth and undergo a magical transformation that turns much of the bird's bright, wild plumage to ash, but leaves behind crystallized fragments of their past life, as well as a gilded egg in which the phoenix will begin life anew as a chick.

This Phoenix Skull is completely handmade and crafted with the utmost care. It is a one-of-a-kind art piece made of resin.

This particular Ice Phoenix skull is a rich purple in color. It has a great deal of opalescent flash along the crest of its head, and the top-facing portions also glow a bright teal in the dark!

The resin is a semi-translucent, and has a lustrous semi-gloss finish. The skull is embedded with a variety of glitters and iridescent flakes that are very striking and shimmery.

I will be selecting a cool-colored phoenix feather to include in the bundle as well. The exact one may not be shown in the photos, but you will receive one of a similar quality and nature that will be the perfect accompaniment to your rare mythological specimen!
